Hi! I’m Claire, a registered dietitian and firm believer that you deserve to ENJOY food and feel good in your body- and you can do this while stabilizing your blood sugar and weight, fixing your GI symptoms, regulating your periods, lowering your cholesterol, and seeing improvement in your health.

If you’ve tried exercise routines, fad diets, or restricting food and that’s not working, there’s a reason. We’ll get to the root of your problems and find a way to help you find health again! No guilt, no shame, just figuring out how to make food work for you and your lifestyle. Health and nutrition are not about restriction!
